Did you know an estimated 50% of women will suffer from lower back pain during or after their pregnancy?

Prenatal Yoga can provide safe exercises, relaxation, and education to decrease pain and improve quality of life throughout pregnancy.

Our occupational therapist, Bethany Meyer, is trained in providing safe and effective prenatal yoga exercises. Classes are held Thursday evenings from 5:30 – 6:30 pm. All mothers-to-be are welcome! The class will specifically focus on women looking to learn safe exercises while preparing for childbirth, and those suffering from low back pain, sciatica, and symphysis pubis dysfunction. In order to ensure individualized attention, class space is limited.
