Our shoulder health is frequently overlooked and can leave us susceptible to injury. Pain or injury originating in the shoulder can also lead to pain down the arm, or up the neck. Even headaches can be attributed to poor shoulder strength or range of motion. However, with a few simple exercises you can maintain proper shoulder strength. If you are experiencing shoulder pain, consult with your doctor or a physical therapist to determine the best course of treatment.
