Treatment options

Physical Therapy treatment can include manual techniques, stretching, exercises, and other therapies to help increase range of motion, decrease pain, and effectively strengthen muscles. Treatment plans are individualized for each patient based on severity of symptoms and patient goals.

    • Manual Manipulations

    • Joint Mobilization

    • Trigger Point Release

    • Massage - Soft Tissue, Deep Tissue, Percussion

    • Graston/IASTM

    • Skin Rolling

    • Cupping

    • NMES with mTrigger device for dynamic feedback of muscle contraction and relaxation.

  • Dry needling is a technique that involves inserting thin, solid needles into specific points in a muscle - myofascial trigger points. These trigger points are areas of muscle tightness and tenderness that can contribute to pain and other musculoskeletal issues. Dry needling increases blood flow, reduces muscle spasm or tightness leading to reduced pain. Can be used in conjunction with electrical stimulation.
